The 50-inch wall-mounted plasma television comes equipped with HDTV, BluRay DVD player, and Bose surround sound system making this room perfect for movie watching with the family or large group.
Upstairs Media Room
The media room allows for a second movie area with its 42-inch plasma television, BluRay DVD player, and Bose surround sound system. The double doors, queen sleeper sofa, sofa, and private bath allows for this room to potentially double as an eighth bedroom.
Breakfast Nook
Connected to the kitchen is the breakfast nook in 2 High Rigger which has a new round table and four chairs covered in Sunbrella fabric. The half bathroom is conveniently located right off the breakfast nook. The home provides plenty of Fiestaware place settings for guests.
Renovated Kitchen
This fully equipped kitchen is great for cooking for the whole group! Stainless steel appliances include refridgerator with ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and Jenn-Air rangetop. A second refridgerator is in the adjacent laundry room where you will find a full-sized washer and dryer.
Expansive Deck
This wide raised deck has three entrances, one from the downstairs master bedroom, the kitchen, and the sliding glass doors off the great room. With the brand new Weber gas grill, the deck will be fabulous for the grill masters in the group!
Dining Room
With seating for 12, the dining room table is not only beautiful but unusual in its large size. The room is clean and wonderfully decorated and has easy access to the kitchen through the butler's pantry but also allows privacy thanks to the swinging door.
Secluded Pool Area & Lawn
The landscape at 2 High Rigger has allowed for privacy around the pool deck and in the lawn. The hot tub can be heated for an additional fee. Right out the back stairwell is the path that begins the easy two minute walk to the beach!
